Mail that belongs to you
A small mail service running on its own server. No advertising, no reading your correspondence for recommendations, no selling data to third parties. Mailboxes are issued by invitation.
What this service is
Mail runs on a dedicated server managed by Mailcow. Messages live there, not in someone else's cloud.
IMAP, SMTP and webmail. Any mail client works: Thunderbird, Apple Mail, mobile apps.
The domain signs mail with DKIM, publishes SPF and DMARC, its reverse DNS matches the server name, and connections use TLS.
A new mailbox gets 1024 MB. That is enough for personal and business correspondence without gigabyte attachments.
There is no open registration. That keeps the load predictable and the domain reputation clean.
The service is not meant for bulk or marketing mail. Hourly sending limits apply.
How to get a mailbox
- Get an invitation. The administrator issues a single-use link or code. An invitation is valid until first use.
- Choose an address and a password. You pick any free name before the at sign; the domain is enveo.net.
- Sign in to your mail. Webmail is available at mail.enveo.net, and mail clients are configured against the same host.
The rules in brief
A mailbox is issued to a person for personal and business correspondence. Spam, bulk mail, reselling addresses and anything that puts the domain on blocklists are grounds for closing the mailbox.
